This is my otaku senshi
She is Sailor P4, named after the fourth moon that was recently discovered orbiting Pluto.
My inspiration behind this character is the theory that all Senshi gain their power from the naming of these celestial bodies, however what happens if it doesn't yet have a name?
Hence the creation of Sailor P4, who spends most of her time trying to help, failing and as a result, is constantly being teased by the rest of her senshi team (the remainder of Pluto's moons whom have yet to be designed).
